Vachan Electricals Private Limited (VEPL) is a total turnkey electrical project execution organization founded in 1979 by Mr. K. J. Shetty (Managing Director). It has grown in size and stature ever since, thus making it one of the largest electrical contracting companies in Bangalore. Subsequently, the Company was incorporated as private limited in the year 2004. Today the organization stands having more than two decades of growth in the field of electrical project execution sector. Reputations are developed over time, reflecting how a company responds and performs and how tasks are completed. VEPL has worked hard to build a reputation of management integrity. We believe our innovative engineering techniques, exemplary job site performance, and involvement in the construction team make us unique. Planning

VEPL commits to complete the projects on schedule through meticulous planning deploying manpower, materials or machinery as required in continuous coordination with the other departments involved in the projects like Civil and Architecture. The planning department anticipates the requirements of the projects based on the feedback of the site staff on the progress of the projects and communicates with the management and site staff to take respective actions needed. Every project is monitored closely from the planning stage to its completion through regular progress meetings and reports with management actively involved.

Plant & Equipment

When quality matters VEPL does not compromise on anything VEPL always ensures quality equipment of sufficient quantity. Workmen are provided with the latest tools with adequate training to ensure best industry standards. Portable tools and equipment are inspected and tested periodically. All Measuring instruments are duly calibrated to ensure correct measurements. When necessary, supplementary major plant is hired from reputable plant hire companies. Specialist scaffolding and lifting services are hired or sub contracted.

Safety

VEPL Site staff undergoes rigorous training in safe work practices to avoid accidents on site and ensures that the site ? in ? charge enforces the safety practices among the working staff to prevent accidents. It is ensured that the ?near miss? incidents are brought into the notice of the concerned staff and corrective actions are taken to prevent occurrence of such incidents.

Quality management practices are an integral part of the VEPL?s governance structure and its business processes.VEPL has achieved certification to highly respected international standards, namely ISO9001: 2008 for Quality Management. Certification to these standards is part of VEPL’s drive for consistently high levels of quality, efficiency and cost-effectiveness.VEPL operates a Quality Management System (QMS) which is certified by TUV Intercert India to meet the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001:2008. VEPL constantly monitors its quality performance and implements improvements when appropriate.
